Accommodations
Autumn Pointe is located on a quiet country setting. Our picturesque surroundings encourage residents to get outdoors and take advantage of our walking path, or sit on the porch and enjoy the view with some fresh air.
Our indoor environment is designed for relaxing and socializing in several different common areas including a beauty/barber shop, library, coffee shop, chapel and activity room.
We have 48 apartments for seniors who need assistance with daily activities. These apartments include a kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, cabinets and stainless steel sink.
With resident safety being our top priority, each resident has a personal call pendant to contact facility staff in case of emergency.
Rooms
Each apartment also features:
- Large private bathroom with sit-down showers
- Spacious closets for ample storage
- Fire detection and sprinkler system
- Wall-to-wall carpeting
- Pre-wired cable TV outlets in bedroom and living room
- Telephone outlets
- Window treatments
- Individually controlled heating and air conditioning
A wide range of services are included in the Autumn Pointe monthly fee. These services include, but are not limited to:
- 24-hour certified staffing
- RN on staff for monitoring and assessments
- Pull cords in each apartment
- Sick tray service (when needed)
- Emergency medical alert system with personal call pendants
- Three meals served restaurant-style in our dining room
- Weekly housekeeping services
- Flat linens laundered weekly
- Scheduled transportation
- Daily planned social functions and outings
- Specialized life enrichment programs
- Small pets are welcome
- Utilities and trash service included
Autumn Pointe does have additional services that are offered with an additional fee, and these include:
- Beauty/barber shop
- Guest meals
- Telephone access in apartments
- Cable television
- 3 levels of living assistance, as determined through staff consultation
Floorplans
Autumn Pointe offers 48 apartments with three different floor plans for your personal living space. We encourage you to bring items and décor that will make your apartment feel like home to you. Each apartment is designed with our residents’ safety in mind. Each resident has a personal call pendant to contact facility staff in case of emergency.
All apartments have a kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, cabinets and stainless steel sink.
We offer two different one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a living room, bedroom, closet, bath and linen cabinet. Click the floor plans below to see which layout you prefer.
We also offer a studio apartment.
