24/7 Specialized Care

Autumn Pointe offers short-term and long-term stays. Residents can recuperate from a hospital stay or provide a family member with much-needed respite from the daily care of a loved one by utilizing our short-term respite care service. There is 24-hour professional care available including Certified Medication Aides and Nurse Aides to provide the assistance each resident needs. A registered nurse is on call 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
